1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may return products purchased from Primart Enterprises within 14 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in new condition.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories intact.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The product is not a custom order or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

1.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.

  3. We will provide you with return instructions.

  4. Once approved, package the product securely to prevent damage during transit.

📌 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

1.3 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at 0792 025 367 or email us. We will arrange the return at no cost to you and either issue a refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.


2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition.

  • Packaging, manuals, and accessories are included.

  • The return was made within the 14-day return period.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be made to your original payment method (mobile money, card, etc.) within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns/refunds:

  • Custom orders or specially ordered products.

  • Clearance or “final sale” items.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.


3. Exchanges

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, please reach us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process once received.
